Or download and complete the BOOKING FORM and email to above address. This will be booked provisionally booked if available. You will then be sent a hire agreement to be signed and returned by email.


To confirm your booking, you must pay the hire fee within three working days or risk losing the booking. Forms will be handled on a first come first served basis.


Please use your surname and date of the event as reference for payments.


For Main Hall Hire, you must pay a £100 returnable deposit in cash on the day of the event. This will be returned in full when the premises have been checked and are left clean and tidy and all rubbish sacks have been taken away by the hirer. If cleaning is inadequate a £25 penalty will be taken from the deposit.


In the interests of not disturbing local residents, guests must leave by 8.00 pm and clearing up completed by 8.30 pm
