St Saviour’s, like all churches and community organisations, rely on volunteers to carry out many little tasks that collectively make a big difference.
For anyone with spare time on their hands who would like to support the community is this way, here are some of the jobs where assistance would be greatly appreciated:
- Administration
- Catering
- Event planning & fund raising
- Event poster/flyer design
- Flower arranging
- Hall bookings
- Litter picking of grounds
- Gardening
- Magazine editing
- Manning stalls at the Spring Family Fun Day and Christmas Fair
- Small maintenance jobs, painting and decorating
- Website updating
- Youth work through the St Saviour’s Scouts and Guides
